The 2020 Mayor and Council Election in Brunswick will be conducted completely by mail/drop-off. There will be NO in-person voting for this election.

Every active registered voter within the Brunswick City limits will receive an absentee/mail-in ballot beginning the week of July 20th. You will receive detailed instructions on how to complete and return your ballot.

I have been employed with the Federal Government since 2009, currently with the National Institutes of Health as Lead Program Analyst, where I am responsible for the logistics and coordination of a federal advisory committee. My primary responsibilities involve ensuring the committees compliance with federal law and requirements, as well as a long list of “other duties as assigned”!

Over saw 119 employees ,was president of BHS Booster\ Club,BJR football, lacrosse and cheerleaders, President and treasurer of THS. have coached football and baseball for over 43 years both in Brunswick and Mount Airy. Coached hundreds of kids and budgeted over $350,000.00 in funds. Its time for a change the competition has wasted 4 years of resources lets get serious.

I was previously employed as an addiction counselor and later by Frederick County to help provide food assistance for the impoverished. I am the proud mother to three children ages 13, 12, and 7, who all attend Brunswick public schools.

My wife and I moved to Brunswick 15 years ago so I could ride the train to my job at the Department of Justice. We instantly fell in love with this wonderful town. I have more than 30 years of information technology experience and more than 20 years of leadership skills as a manager, CEO, and CTO. I have owned my own computer consulting firm with 18 employees and been on multiple boards of directors. I am a published author and an inspirational speaker and travel the US helping to motivate teenagers and young adults.

I moved to Brunswick in April of 2017 with my wife and daughter. We moved here from Montgomery county. I work in the automotive business at a dealership (not as a salesman) in Winchester VA. We live in Brunswick Crossing, but have been sited frequently at Smoketown Brewing Station. I enjoy time out on my motorcycle and a really good cocktail ( not at the same time). I used to be an avid runner and have completed 1 marathon, several half marathons and various other distance races.
