The Greater Brunswick Area Business EXPO will be held on November 8, 2018 from 5-8pm at the Brunswick Volunteer Fire Co. located at 1500 Volunteer Drive. The EXPO is a business to consumer event offering an exciting opportunity for area residents to meet local business people and find out what goods and services are offered in the greater Brunswick area.

The EXPO, celebrating its 7th year, will be filled with over  50 exhibitors, many providing free samples and give aways. The first 300 visitors will receive a free grocery tote bag. Local eateries will provide food samples and the fire house kitchen will be open offering dinner fare available for purchase.

Expo Registration Form

Please complete the following form to register your business for the 2018 Greater Brunswick Area Business Expo.
  • BE SURE TO READ ALL TERMS & CONDITIONS (there have been changes)

    1. Exhibitor includes all businesses, organizations, non-profits, schools, and for-profits.
    2. Exhibitors should plan to demonstrate services, provide information, handout business cards and literature; promote products and services, give away samples/coupons, and perhaps offer a door prize!
    3. All exhibitors will be required to contain their display and solicitation to their assigned space.
    4. Each booth space measures approximately 8 by 10 feet. Table space measures approximately 8 by 6 feet.
    5. One eight-foot table and two chairs will be supplied. Bring your own table coverings. NO table sharing! Only the registered exhibitor may display at a table or booth.
    6. Space will be assigned in order of receipt of applications.
    7. Spaces must be contiguous in order to receive the multiple space discounts.
    8. Fee for electricity based upon each contiguous reservation.
    9. Exhibits requiring electricity will be assigned spaces on a first-come first-served basis.
    10. Set up will begin promptly on November 8 at 3:00 p.m. and run until 4:30 p.m. Exhibitors arriving after 4:30 will be denied access to provide maximum space for visitors. All exhibitors’ cars MUST be removed to the satellite parking area by 4:30 pm!
    11. All exhibitor’s must remain set-up for the entire expo time: 5:00 p.m. 8:00 p.m. Removal of exhibits must be completed by 9 p.m. on Thursday, November 9, 2017.
    12. Deposits will not be accepted to hold a space. Full payment is required with all applications.
    13. A no-show will result in loss of all fees.
    14. NO REFUNDS AFTER APPLICATION IS SUBMITTED FOR ANY REASON

    NO Suitcasing ("Suitcasing is a parasitic business practice in which unethical companies will gain access to an event and then solicit business in the public spaces used for the event.")

    Also, I hereby hold harmless and release the Greater Brunswick Area Chamber of Commerce, their agents, and/or employees, of any and all liability for damage, cost, injury, or loss to any person or goods from any cause whatsoever.
