Opening:

The regular meeting of the GBACC Board meeting was called to order at 7:07pm on March 9, 2015 by Terry Lewis, President.

Approval of Minutes

The minutes of the previous meeting, February 11, 2015 were unanimously approved as distributed.
Approval of the Treasurer’s Report

            Treasurer’s report reviewed and unanimously approved as distributed.

2 part 2- Marketing Content, Mobile websites

3 – Selling and Closing the Deal (invite Jane Sutcliffe to present)

4 – Taxes, Saving the most $, Legal entities – Presenter: CPA, end of the year
