Rick Grams, Principal, grew up in Brunswick. He studied at the University of Baltimore School of Law, Baltimore, Maryland (Juris Doctor, Magna Cum Laude, May, 2005) and McDaniel College, Westminster, Maryland (B.A., Cum Laude, May, 2002).

He specializes in law practice providing representation to individuals injured as a result of motor vehicle accidents and other types of negligence, and working on behalf of property management companies in landlord/tenant matters including breach of lease, rent escrow, tenant holding over, bankruptcy and fair housing matters. Mr. Grams also represents condominium associations and homeowner associations, as well as individuals accused of traffic violations and minor criminal violations. He also represents claimants who have either been injured on the job or suffer from occupational disease, and handles other employment law matters. His responsibilities also include advising clients, and drafting contracts, leases, transactional documents and opinion letters.
